Before an order
Sales inquiries are free and create no payment obligation. Your written quote confirms recurring charges, any setup fees, the billing period and any specific refund offer before acceptance. We do not advertise a universal money back guarantee.
Cancellation
Email contact@netsworth.org from the account contact address before the next renewal. Include your service identifier and whether you want service to end immediately or at the end of the paid term. We confirm the cancellation and effective date in writing. Export data before that date.
Refund requests
Contact us promptly if a payment is duplicated, incorrect or relates to a service we could not supply. Refund eligibility for an activated service follows the accepted order and mandatory applicable law. Unless the order or applicable law provides otherwise, used service time, completed setup work and third party licenses are not refundable.
Processing and disputes
Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method where possible. Processing time depends on the payment provider and will be communicated when approved. Contact us with billing concerns so we can investigate. Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot be excluded by law.
