Send a report
Send reports to admin@netsworth.org. Include the affected server IP address or specific URL, a description of the issue, timestamps with timezone and your contact details. Attach relevant logs where safe, but never include passwords, private keys or illegal content.
Copyright complaints
Identify the work you believe has been infringed and the precise location of the material. Include your contact information, a statement of good faith belief that the disputed use is unauthorized, a statement that your report is accurate and that you are authorized to act for the rights holder, and your physical or electronic signature. Incomplete reports may require follow up.
Review and response
We review reports and may ask for clarification, contact the customer or restrict affected content or services where appropriate. Reports may be shared with the affected customer to allow investigation, subject to legal requirements and safety considerations. Our contact mailbox is for general reports and is not a representation of registration as a statutory designated agent.
Disputed reports
If you believe content or a service was restricted in error, reply with the service identifier, your explanation and relevant evidence. Where a statutory counter notice procedure applies, we will explain the applicable process. Knowingly false or misleading reports may have legal consequences.
